I’m not going to lie, I hate “spring” in Calgary. The weather is so unpredictable: last week it snowed for about an hour. In Edmonton (the province’s capital) it showed on May 5th. Such a shame.
Anyhow, this season, along with fall, is all about change. Spring signals a rebirth, growth, positive change. The past few weeks am personally going through a lot of change: physically, emotionally. Some of it good, some of it bad, but most of it for the best.
This is a transitional outfit. One for when it isn’t cold enough for a heavy jacket but warm enough to rock a skirt. I decided to pair a loose cowl turtleneck sweater (from the front porch) with a black patent leather and cloth pencil skirt with a geometric gemstone necklace.
